Judy Valeski - Resident in Counseling
Have you been wondering if counseling could benefit you? Are you concerned about the treatment type or the length of treatment? Are you worried about choosing the "right" counselor? If so, the positive change you are looking for starts here.
Did you know, one out of four Americans will experience a significant mental problem this year — but only a small subset of this population will be clear-minded enough to seek out help the way you are doing.
Seeking counseling is an important part of regaining your mental freedom when body and mind’s coping mechanisms have reached their limit.
I believe it is important for all clients to interview their counselor in order to ascertain their competence and ability to help them with their problems. An important consideration is whether or not you and your counselor share similar values. I operate out of Hope Counseling Center (HCC). At HCC our values are made known to you in advance so there is nothing hidden about where we stand.
