Group Counseling Services

Through Hope Counseling Center, I offer counseling groups for:

 

Children:

Join our elementary aged group for 3rd-5th graders to learn more about yourself, friendships, confidence, and other challenges in school and life. Our group learns through fun activities and discussions. Members enjoy hearing other's storoe and what they have done in similar situations.
Cost: $25 per session

 

Couples:

Our 6-week group helps you become closer as a couple as you meet with other couples to discuss life and relationship issues and receive support and validation. Learn tools and techniques that others have found to be successful for them.
Cost: $35 per couple per session

 

Girls and Pearls:

Girls & Pearls is a fun and interactive group experience for girls ages 6 – 18 offering pearls of wisdom for healthy, happy living! The program equips girls with skills to navigate their lives successfully and develop healthy skills all while participating in exciting activities. The group embrasses and empowers girls by offering a fun way to discuss thoughts, feelings, successes, and struggles through use of creative projects.
Cost: $150 for the 6-week session        

 

Middle School Group:

Join us every Monday evening from 6-7pm to meet other middle schoolers and talk about topics that are of interest to you! Group members provides help and support to each other so you can feel heard and respected while having fun and getting to know others!
Cost: $25 per session

 

Parenting Group:

Our 6-week group offers parents a place to seek help, vent their frustrations, and learn various parenting techniques to help with their children. Whether you are struggling with a discipline problem, anger, setting limits, homework, morning or evening routines, talking back, or anxiety, this group offers a safe place to process these suggles and strengthen your family
Cost: $25 per session for single parent / $35 per session for a couple

 

Teen Group:

Join us every Wednesday evening from 6-7 pm and meet with other teens to talk about the things going on in your life as well as receive advice and support! This group provides a relaxed, safe and FUN environment to positively cope with the challenges, struggles, and annoyances that school and life presents.

Cost: $25 per session
